xml datetime lexical

A single lexical representation, which is a subset of the lexical
representations allowed by [ISO 8601]
<http://www.w3.org/TR/xmlschema-2/#ISO8601>, is allowed for *dateTime*.

<http://www.w3.org/TR/xmlschema-2/#ISO8601> extended format
CCYY-MM-DDThh:mm:ss where

</snip>

Does this indicates XML Schema Datatypes specification allows ONLY
format with "-" for datetime?

How about per [ISO 8601:1988] where one particular format among the many
suggested formats is CCYYMMDDThhmmss.sssZ?
