That's right.

No, only a subset of ISO 8601 is supported.  Also, you have to include a  
value for seconds in a time, which is a nuisance if you are listing time  
values which are only quoted to the minute (appending ":00" isn't really a  
solution, as it suggests an precision of 1 second, and hence misrepresents  
a time value with a precision of 1 minute).
