xsd disable enumeration

Yes, as I thought -- no support at all really for xs:duration and
friends in XSV, so enumerations are treated as if they were strings.

If this is a major problem for you I can try to disable all
enumeration checking for the duration types, but not sure that's a
good thing. . .
