Tool for validating schemas

Good morning,

I've downloaded the Win32 version of your XVS tool.
However I would like a tool to validate compliance to W3C standards on
an XSD, without having an XML. In other words, one that specifies
whether the XSD is complying to the XML Schema recommendation 1.1.
Can your tool do this? Are there other tools available?
