XML Schema for XSLT 1.0 has moved?

Hi,

At http://www.w3.org/XML/Schema, there's a broken link to the
"Experimental schema for XSLT 1.0 by Asir Vedamuthu of webMethods,
Inc". Webmethods has temporarily or permanently removed this resource
from http://www.webmethods.com/1999/XSL/Transform/ .
Does someone know where this schema has moved to? Or can someone send
me a copy?

Regards,

Kasimier
