It's only an idea that I'm putting forward. But I'm definitely of the view
that XML Schema should move to allowing use of XPath-defined constraints as
widely as possible. It's the obvious thing to do; and an obvious first step
is for constraints at the level of a single value, which you can achieve by
allowing an XPath expression whose context item is the value under test.
