Datatypes Repository?

Hello All,

Perhaps I'm just not picking good search terms this evening, but I
have two questions I seem unable to find answers to:

1) Is there an xmlschema-users list or equivalent somewhere? If so
please feel free to shoo me off in that direction with my second
question, which is...

2) Are there any open source projects providing schemas defining
standard datatypes, analogous to EXSLT providing standard XSLT
function implementations for example? I'm thinking of things such as
enumerations for ISO country codes, string types for various phone
number formats, etc.

Regards,

Ian
