The relevant link is there, labelled "Coverage report for XSV" [1].

On that page, under "What is implemented" you will find

In general when XSV doesn't implement something, it's on the generous
side, that is, if XSV says something is invalid, it almost always is,
but it sometimes lets things through as valid which aren't.

XSV is a free, open-source tool -- it is maintained by one of the XML
Schema REC editors as a public service, but with the primary aim of
testing tricky aspects of the REC.  If you need a guaranteed-complete
implementation, this isn't it, sorry.
