RE: Schema Validator
There are a number of tools for validating schemas (and for validating
instance documents against a schema) - it's not clear from your message
which one you are using. It can be difficult to understand the messages when
you're new to the spec, since the messages will tend to refer to the rules
that you've broken and some of the rules are very technical. A good strategy
might be to post your incorrect schema, and the message you are getting, and
asking here for an explanation. You could also consider installing a tool
such as Stylus Studio which gives you a choice of several schema validators.
This can be useful because the error message from one product might be
clearer than another.

Subject: Schema Validator

Hi,

I'm new to XML Schemas. I've submitted a schema for validation by your tool
but I can't understand the output. Is it possible to indicate where in the
schema the errors are occurring and possible suggestions for resolutions?

I know it's a big ask but newbies need the most help.

Thanks in advance,

Steve
