New release of the W3C XML Schema Test Suite -- Contribution

New release of the W3C XML Schema Test Suite -- Contribution

The home page of the Test Suite is updated to reflect the new release:

Thanks to Scott Tsao of Boeing for organising their contribution, and
Fabio Vitali and J. Zingoni, University of Bologna, for helping with
the metadata.

Also, thanks to Michael Kay for contributing a report of Saxon 8.9's
results on the entire test suite as of its previous release, also
available via the home page, along with many helpful bug reports.
