Indeed, but isn't names started with 'xml' are reserved? so,
namespace:xmlSchemaLocation would work. It still in your
namespace, but it's highly unlikely that you use such a name
already (well, I assume). Unfortunately, I can't come up with
anything else that is good enough and that will not mess with names
in a space.
