The bugzilla database is the place for users (or WG members) to report
errors or issues and put them on the queue for the WG to ponder; it does not
replace the errata process which is how the WG publishes agreed corrections
to the spec.

The Schema WG is very short of resources, and has deliberately decided to
concentrate its efforts on getting XML Schema 1.1 done rather than doing 1.0
maintenance.
