502 proxy error

I have only recently started using the Validator for XML Schema,
my apologies if this is my error.


Proxy Error

The proxy server received an invalid response from an upstream server.
The proxy server could not handle the request GET /2001/03/webdata/xsv.

Reason: Error reading from remote server

both files appear to be available online, and were used successfully a  
few hours ago.
