It will be available in Saxon 9.2. Saxon's implementation of XSD 1.1 is progressive, over a number of releases. The list of what's implemented in Saxon 9.1 can be found here: http://www.saxonica.com/documentation/conformance/schema11.html This list will be considerably expanded in 9.2, though conformance will still be incomplete.
